Does DW&Co. purchase or trade in my home?
No. The home is professionally listed and marketed for sale on the open market. This is not an instant-offer, home-purchase or trade-in program.
What does “$0 listing commission” mean?
For a qualifying resale, DW&Co. waives its own listing-side brokerage commission. Buyer-broker compensation, photography, marketing expenses, transaction costs and other third-party expenses may still apply.
When does the 365-day period begin?
The period is measured from the closing date of the original qualifying Villages purchase. Complete timing and eligibility requirements must be confirmed in the written program terms.
Do I need a particular reason to sell?
No particular reason is required. However, all other written program requirements must be satisfied.
Must my next home also be in The Villages?
No. The next purchase may be elsewhere in Florida, provided DW&Co. represents you in that purchase and the remaining program requirements are met.
Does the promise guarantee that my home will sell?
